Job Description CoxHealth is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our Pediatric Specialties Clinic. This collegial team currently includes one Pediatric Endocrinologist as well as Peds GI, Peds Neurology, and Peds Sleep physicians. Outreach clinic support is also provided through St. Louis Children’s Hospital with Peds Urology, Peds Ophthalmology, Peds General Surgery, and Peds Hematology/Oncology. This position is primarily outpatient based with hospital consults at nearby Cox Medical Center South. Cox South has an exceptional 26-bed pediatric inpatient unit with Pediatric Hospitalist coverage, a 6-bed PICU covered by Pediatric Intensivists, and a 36-bed NICU with 24/7 coverage by Neonatologists and NNPs. Opportunities for academic appointment and graduate medical education are available as well, through the University of Missouri Medical School, CoxHealth Family Medicine residency, and Kansas City area medical schools.
