Mortgage Secondary Market Trader

Location : On site at location listed in job posting. Summary : Key member of the Mortgage Secondary Marketing team within First Horizon Bank and will be responsible for the day-to-day activities related to the hedging of the mortgage secondary pipeline. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : • Manages and analyzes the mortgage secondary pipeline and executes hedging and pool trading transactions • Manages and monitors hedge performance by reviewing reports to mitigate risk while providing accurate data • Utilizes advanced analytic and modeling skills to support secondary marketing functions around loan pricing and fallout • Assist with mortgage valuation analytics, report development, testing and feedback • Complies with bank policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and investor guidelines • Establishes and maintains secondary market investor and dealer relationships • Performs all other duties as assigned Qualifications : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
