Hours: Monday - Friday, 6 AM to 2 PM Position Responsibilities Operate an industrial dish machine and keep area clear of dirty dishes, pots and pans. Maintain cleanliness of the food preparation facility, including washing and disinfecting the kitchen area, tables, tools, dishes and floors. Clean all major kitchen equipment, including ovens, stovetops, grills, flat tops and deep fryer. Comply with established health, sanitation and personal hygiene standards. Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Restaurant experience preferred.
