Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues. Drive documentation and knowledge sharing by creating and optimizing technical documentation to support process improvement and alignment across cross-functional teams. Requirements The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a certified Epic Willow Inpatient Applications Analyst, must have a minimum of 2 year of build experience. Epic certification required in Willow Inpatient is required Must have experience with full-cycle install Willow build Ability to travel to support install work and Go Live support up to 20% Work history in Healthcare IT is required.
