We manage development and construction operations in house and provide general contracting services to third party multifamily developers. We primarily focus on wood-frame, garden style, multifamily projects in the Southeast Sunbelt region. We are looking for 2-3 Assistant Superintendents to join our growing construction team. Supports the Superintendent in managing day-to-day construction activities, project sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics. Proactively identifies potential field issues and assists in implementing solutions before they impact schedule, quality, budget, or productivity. Participates in planning sessions, subcontractor coordination meetings, and project team meetings. Monitors and reports on construction progress, workforce levels, material deliveries, inspections, and other critical field operations. Assists with punch list management, make ready’s, inspections, and project closeout activities. Specific duties include: • Establish telephone contact with the injured worker to conduct intake interview and obtain injury, treatment and other current information • Coordinate medical care by developing, initiating and instituting a rehabilitation plan for the injured worker • Determine if the injured worker is treating within the requirements of prevailing statutes • Work cooperatively with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure appropriate and adequate physical care is being provided • Maintain contact with treating physician and other care providers for updates and ensure injured worker compliance with all medical treatment • Contact employer to discuss injured worker's condition, determine employment availability, and ascertain relevant duties and essential functions of pre-injury and/or alternate job(s) • Contact injured worker and physician's office after each medical appointment to discuss progress and ongoing treatment plan(s) • When injured worker obtains a release to return to work, contact employer and facilitate successful return to work • Monitor and ensure the success of the return to work through regular contact with worker and employer • Complete and submit various reports for insurance carrier/self-insured throughout the care management process • Refer cases to field-based medical management, as necessary and approved • Act as liaison, coordinating and communicating efforts among all stakeholders - including the injured individual, physicians and health care providers, attorneys, employers and insurance professionals.
