Responsibilities: As a Litigation Legal Secretary, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 1. Providing comprehensive secretarial support to our team of attorneys, including drafting and editing legal documents, correspondence, and reports. 2. Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, court dates, and deadlines. 3. Handling e-filing of court documents in a timely and accurate manner. 4. Assisting with case management, including tracking and managing deadlines. 5. Coordinating with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals. 6. Maintaining client files and case materials in an organized and up-to-date manner. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Permanent Litigation Legal Secretary position will possess the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal secretary, preferably within litigation and insurance defense. 2. Proficient in calendaring and e-filing, with a strong understanding of court filing systems and procedures. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). 6. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
