Key Responsibilities: · Perform general radiographic exams per established protocols and QA standards. · Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during procedures. · Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and accuracy. · Manage imaging documentation, requisitions, and workflow organization. · Instruct and guide patients throughout the imaging process. · Identify and report equipment malfunctions. · Maintain cleanliness and readiness of imaging equipment. · Handle image processing (CD burning, occasional film printing). · Support front desk and administrative functions during downtime. · Assist with patient flow and departmental needs as required. Required Qualifications: · Graduate of an accredited radiology program. · Active California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license. · ARRT Certification (required). · Current BLS Certification (AHA or equivalent). · Basic computer and clerical skills. The Role The intern position provides participants exposure to Wealth Management. Wealth Management Excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in investment strategies, client relationship management, and back end operational procedures. Practical experience in wealth management and financial advisory services. Participate in weekly market update meeting to stay up to date on the financial markets. Provides support to our Client Associates in updating of KYC and Investment Profile as well as renewal of W8s and IDs. Other tasks include form filing support and general office administrative support: copying, scanning, faxing, and archiving. Monitoring client email inboxes to ensure processing of all pertinent client requests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Requests include performing account maintenances to investment accounts. Provide support reviewing and approving requests initiated by other team members. Acts as primary liaison with Trading and Sales Middle Office. Participates in special projects: massive mailing, database maintenance, etc. Remain current on market news and events by dedicating work and personal time reading and browsing financial news and media. Provide superior customer service to broker dealer/registered investment advisor. Ensure strict confidentiality of client, firm, and employee information. Are you a fit?
