Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure consistent communication, guidance, and support across all sanitation shifts. Ensure full compliance with Pilgrim’s sanitation procedures, USDA regulations, OSHA requirements, and all relevant food safety standards. Serve as the primary communication link between the plant and USDA regarding sanitation matters, and maintain strong working relationships with chemical suppliers.
