What You’ll Do (The Role) As our Commercial Construction Supervisor, you will be the captain of the job site. You’ll be running tight, efficient commercial projects by managing anywhere from 1 to 5 subcontractors at a given time. Your daily responsibilities will include: Site Management: Oversee and coordinate 1–5 subcontractors on-site, ensuring safety, quality control, and schedule compliance. Blueprint & Code Mastery: Read, interpret, and execute architectural blueprints flawlessly while keeping projects fully compliant with local building codes.
