Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and report variances. Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting principles and company procedures. Develop and mentor accounting staff. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or MBA preferred. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in accounting or related field. Proven working experience as an Accounting Manager. Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases. Ability to manipulate large amounts of data. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to direct and supervise. Strong experience in project accounting is a must. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
