This is a dynamic environment where you can truly make an impact! Based in Buford, GA (Corporate HQ), this is an in-office, not remote position. This critical role will be a key member of the accounting and finance team, reporting directly to the Controller. You will support the Controller and Chief Financial Officer by maintaining accurate accounting records and providing timely financial reporting for the Company's holdings and subsidiaries. We are looking for a high-performing candidate with proven experience in accounting, financial reporting, and process improvement. Integrity, accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication are essential. Key Responsibilities Manage general ledger activity and ensure timely, accurate posting of journal entries. Assist with the Month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and preparation of consolidated financial statements. Prepare monthly collateral reporting as required by the lender. Prepare and file sales and property tax returns and other compliance reports. Perform financial and trend analyses. Manage Costing and Inventory Accounting. Support Controller-led third-party audits. Support the annual physical inventory process. Provide Ad hoc reports and analysis as requested. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting is required . 3-5 years of proven staff accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment. Experience implementing, streamlining, and automating accounting and financial reporting processes is a plus. Experience with multiple domestic and international business units/entities and consolidated financial reporting is highly desirable. Experience with growth-oriented companies is a plus.
