What You'll Do Executive Support (Primary Focus) Provide high-level administrative and operational support to a senior financial executive Manage scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reporting Track priorities, action items, and deliverables across multiple workstreams Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and ensure follow-through Partner with other assistants and internal teams to keep initiatives on track Identify opportunities to improve processes, particularly around logistics and operations Support internal and external events as needed Personal Support (Limited, As Needed) Coordinate select household scheduling and vendors Assist with occasional personal projects or events What Success Looks Like You anticipate needs without being asked You exercise strong judgment and discretion You are comfortable working without full access to email and calendars You communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently You take ownership and follow things through to completion Qualifications & Profile Education Bachelor's degree required Strong academic performance preferred Candidates from rigorous academic environments tend to thrive in this role Experience 4 years of professional experience in education, administration, or another high-accountability role Demonstrated tenure and reliability Clear examples of stepping up, leading initiatives, or taking ownership beyond formal responsibilities Core Attributes Strong work ethic and sense of accountability High attention to detail and quality Polished presence and professional maturity Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable navigating ambiguity and learning quickly Writing Expectations Exceptional writing skills are required; a writing sample will be part of the process Accuracy, clarity, and attention to detail are critical Work Environment Dallas-based, primarily in-office Typical hours are approximately 8:30am-5:30pm, with flexibility as business needs require Fast-paced, performance-oriented, and highly professional Compensation Competitive and customized based on experience and career stage Flexibility around start timing for candidates transitioning back into the workforce
