Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or progress toward certification a plus. 3-6 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or product-based environment. Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP strongly preferred. Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Entrepreneurial mindset with a solutions-oriented, proactive approach.
