Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, program development, and continuing medical education. Qualifications: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution. Completion of residency training in a relevant specialty (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, or related field). Board certification or eligibility in Palliative Medicine or primary specialty; fellowship training in Hospice and Palliative Medicine preferred. Active medical license to practice in the state of employment. Strong communication skills, empathy, and experience managing complex chronic illness. Work Environment: Outpatient clinic setting with potential for interdisciplinary team-based care. Primarily weekday schedule with limited or no inpatient responsibilities.
