The shift will include long-periods of standing and will be subjected to the customer’s fab environment. At times a heavy item may need to be replaced. The employee will be required at times to lift as much as 50 pounds or the specific weight limits specified by the supplier of the part. The employee is expected to follow all Client and site safety rules to include but not be limited to lock-out tagout, two-man worker rule and proper gas handling. The FSE will not be required to replace toxic gas bottles unless an agreement is made between Client and the customer. Such work will only be performed after a physician’s approval and after specialized training.

Aerial Lineman (Fiber Installation)

Description The Aerial Lineman is responsible for the installation of aerial fiber optic cable and supporting infrastructure. This role involves operating from a bucket truck, working at height on utility poles, and adhering to all safety and constructions standards. This position does not involve work within the electrical section of poles. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Install, secure, and overlash fiber optic cable on aerial strand using approved tools and methods. Operate safely from bucket trucks and ladders at height. Pull and tension aerial fiber cables, install aerial terminals, and perform stand placement. Identify pole attachment points while avoiding the electrical space. Read and interpret engineering prints, construction drawings, and work orders. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on aerial installations as needed. Ensure work is completed to industry and customer standards and complies with all safety regulations. Maintain clean, organized work zones and complete daily job documentation. Requirements: Proven experience installing and maintaining aerial fiber or coaxial cale in the telecom wireline industry. Strong technical knowledge of fiber optic splicing, cable placement techniques, testing equipment, and documentation standards. Proficiency with aerial construction practices including strand placement, lashing, pole transfers, and fiber placement. Ability to safely operate and work from a bucket truck; CDL license preferred. Experience working in both aerial and underground construction environments, with a solid understanding of right-of-way and industry safety regulations. Excellent troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Construction Manager

Description Description The Construction Manager (CM) is responsible for all aspects of coordinating and overseeing construction activities across a wide range of scopes, including macro site modifications, small cell builds, fiber installations, civil construction, and DAS deployments. This role leverages deep construction expertise to effectively manage both in-house resources and outside subcontractors, ensuring seamless execution across diverse client projects. The CM serves as the subject matter expert on customer construction activities, managing the full end-to-end process from planning through delivery. OSP Design Manager

Description Purpose of the Position The Design Manager drives the end-to-end design process, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, align with client expectations, and are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strategic coordination with Project Managers, Designers, Permit Coordinators with hands-on oversight of internal teams and external partners, and the ability to translate complex design intent into constructible, code-compliant solutions. Hands-On & Analytical Support Clinical Hardware Optimization: Perform "boots on the ground" support for clinical mobile hardware, including iPhones, iPads, and Mac mini docking stations, ensuring high availability in a 24/7 environment. Identity Integration: Troubleshoot SSO and authentication flows involving Imprivata Mobile Access Management (MAM) and Azure AD (Entra ID). Data-Driven Reporting: Analyze MDM console data to generate enrollment trends, hardware refresh cycles, and compliance audits for leadership. Construction Manager

Description Description The Construction Manager (CM) is responsible for all aspects of coordinating and overseeing construction activities across a wide range of scopes, including macro site modifications, small cell builds, fiber installations, civil construction, and DAS deployments. This role leverages deep construction expertise to effectively manage both in-house resources and outside subcontractors, ensuring seamless execution across diverse client projects. The CM serves as the subject matter expert on customer construction activities, managing the full end-to-end process from planning through delivery. The CM is accountable for delivering projects on time and within budget, while ensuring all work complies with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements in support of organizational objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:: Landowner interaction, as required: coordinates all site visits with landlord. Coordinates resource schedules and ensures delivery is according to plan. Inspects and observes wireless construction and OSP projects to ensure that the site is constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications of the project. Identifies unforeseen conditions or errors in the plans/specifications and communicates with the Project Manager. Maintains an accurate set of field notes and daily site visit logs that outline site progress, issues, and concerns. Maintains catalog of progress photos. Maintains deployment database with current forecast and actualizes completed tasks daily. Runs daily/weekly deployment call with field resources and PM; upload/download required documents from project tracking database. Perform ad-hoc site visits as directed or necessary. Act as Environmental Health & Safety representative for client. Able to conduct Site Safety Audits and ensure 100% compliance to Fullerton Safety practices being implemented on all job sites. Review close-out package to ensure deliverables meet client's standards. Requirements Requirements; Ability to read customer Construction Drawings/RFDS and create a bill of materials. Knowledge of budget development and execution. Knowledge of construction management process across multiple scopes (macro sites, small cells, fiber installations, DAS, and civil construction). Demonstrated experience and technical knowledge in any/all of the following areas: * Macro/Tower Construction - including tower modifications, equipment installation, and commissioning of baseband units. * Small Cell Builds - site preparation, installation, and integration activities. * Fiber Installation - both aerial and underground, including splicing, testing, and restoration. * DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) - indoor and outdoor deployments, integration, and optimization * Civil Construction - foundations, trenching, concrete, and other site-prep activities. Knowledge of site acquisition procedures, including regulatory and permitting processes. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Ability to direct and diagnose workflow problems, identify critical paths, and institute remedies. Customer service orientation with a strong problem-solving approach; strong interpersonal skills.
