Job Summary MedTrans is Medline's private fleet of professional drivers that delivers our lifesaving medical products directly to both commercial and residential customers. Our fleet consists of 1,900 trucks that feature newer equipment. We manage a network of over 50 distribution centers nationally and provide 1-day shipping to 95% of the United States. The Driver is responsible for operating a Class A vehicle to transport life-saving medical products to our local customers. The Driver plays a critical role in building positive relationships with our customers by ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries. Job Description Responsibilities: Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a truck. Safely operate a Class A vehicle between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route. Abide by Medline’s safety regulations, including wearing safety equipment where needed, performing safety checks, etc. Unload and deliver product at our customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries. Provide in-person support to the customer – addressing their questions and needs and providing appropriate documentation upon delivery. Communicate with dispatching team regarding necessary adjustments to delivery route or schedule in order to meet customer needs and maintain safe operations. Maintain a travel and cargo log in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company policy. Perform inspection of vehicle to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel levels for continued vehicle use. Required Experience: Minimum 2 years tractor trailer driving experience Class A CDL; Licensed to operate assigned vehicle. Ability to meet Federal and State requirements for operation of commercial motor vehicles. Clean driving record with no serious violations. East Bay BMW Location: 4350 Rosewood Dr, Pleasanton, California 94588 Summary: Responsible for identifying and documenting service, maintenance, and necessary repairs for Internal New and Used Inventory. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Assists the Sales Team to get the vehicles to the front line for retail sale as quickly and efficiently as possible. Meets dealership’s standards for repair and order production. Job Summary Analyze business and financial results to support the sales organization. Present findings and recommendations to sales management to solve problems and issues related to sales opportunities. Plan and prepare business, financial and data analysis and reports. Job Description Responsibilities: Analyze existing product pricing across all market sectors, identify price/volume trends and recommend price ranges based on customer type (market segment). Analyze item pricing across all customers to identify situations where pricing is outside of the normal, predetermined price range. Review pricing to determine items that are priced outside of the normal predetermined range for typical customers of that market type. Develop moderately complex reports and queries for sales management. Measure the trends, efficiencies and effectiveness of sales and resource allocation and utilization. Ensure new pricing rules are first reviewed and evaluated for their impact on sales rep commissions before final implementation. Evaluate 3rd party industry pricing data being marketed and sold to Medline customers to understand what information is being provided and implications to the Company. Support sales teams in preparing and evaluating deal scenarios and contract terms. Collaborate with Sales, IS and Finance to develop, create and maintain reporting requirements and ensure systems provide accurate and timely data. Provide support, guidance, and training to less experienced analysts, in order to develop skills and experience to attain and exceed predefined goals including fill rates, pricing accuracy percentages, A/R balances and surplus depletion.
