Job Description Job Description Seeking experienced CNA's, HHA's and Caregivers to fill this position as a Resident Assistant in an Assisted Living Facility. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience with assisting resident's with their ADL's. Bilingual Candidates are a plus. Part Time Options Available Performs non-invasive patient tasks including but not limited to routine patient care, support service. * Performs routine tasks under direct supervision of head nurse or Administrative Staff * Answers patients calls, deliver messages, preparing and serving meals, make beds, assists patients with eating, dressing, bathing, etc. * May perform other routine tasks including taking temperature, pulse, respiration rate, blood pressure, etc. * Escorts patients into and out of dining area, exercise area etc. * Required to chart patients progress at the end of each shift. * Report any physical, emotional or mental changes to appropriate medical staff. * Assist with participants that self-medicate as needed. * Practice safety and health standards. * Performs other tasks as assigned. * Maintain a safe and clean environment.
