Design and develop eLearning, virtual, or instructor-led learning solutions for technical, compliance, systems, or soft skills concepts, following established instructional design methodologies. Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize training design and content. Define learning objectives, course structure, learning content and assessments. Complete detailed analysis of each task to be trained/supported for target audience, business process, and systems. Follow company standards, guidelines, and templates to develop learning materials including storyboards, eLearning modules, virtual learning, student and facilitator guides, activities, scenarios, assessments, or performance support. Visualize instructional graphics, scenarios, or interactions. Write clear and effective instructional text, audio, or video scripts appropriate for the target audience. Participate in meetings with subject matter experts including task analysis, alpha, beta, and answer validation meetings. Engage with subject matter experts for ongoing content review and validation. Receive and incorporate feedback. Self-manage assigned tasks and deadlines to complete deliverables. Proactively communicate issues and risks. What you’ll be working on Production operators tend machines such as fillers, labelers, packaging, cappers, palletizers, etc. used for bottling water. They will operate manufacturing equipment in an efficient and safe manner while ensuring package and product quality. Performs basic machine operations to include; operating machines, stacking raw material, handling finished product cases, performing quality inspections and minor machine adjustments. Monitors the flow of outgoing finished goods and correct any disturbance in the flow of those goods. Cleans equipment and line continually throughout the shift and maintains a clean work area. Expedites repairs to the line; working with maintenance as necessary. Keeps daily records of down time and machine operations. Follows standard operating procedures for all operations. Clinical Psychologist Naval Hospital Jacksonville, FL Place of Performance: Naval Hospital Jacksonville, FL 32214 and associated branch medical clinics within a 50-mile radius of their assigned MTF Period of Performance: One (1) base year with four (4) option years to follow Schedule: The MTF operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Specific days, hours, and shift length will be scheduled by the designated government representative. The specific schedule for each two-week period will be provided 1 month in advance by the government supervisor or designee. Position Requirements: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Phycology (PsyD) Graduate from an American Psychology Association accredited college or university with a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology Successfully completion from an internship in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association Currently, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a psychologist in any state, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico or Virgin Islands Possess a minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience within the last three (3) years working with a patient population with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Provide three (3) letters of recommendation from practicing physicians or peers attesting to his/her clinical skills.
