Pediatrician Opportunity in Lawrence, MAFull TimePermanent PositionBoston 30mSpanish Speaking Strongly Preferred Position Overview Full-time Pediatrician role serving community health centers, hospitals, schools, and shelters Provide comprehensive and continuing care for both routine and emergency pediatric needs Scope of Duties Deliver direct medical care with adherence to professional standards and evidence-based practices Diagnose and treat pediatric disease processes in varied community settings Make appropriate referrals to other healthcare providers Participate in patient care audits, quality assurance, and utilization review processes Maintain accurate and secure medical records for all assigned patients Stay current with medical advances through conferences, seminars, CME, and teaching roles Provide on-call coverage, including serving as a backup clinician when needed Contribute to relevant committees and represent the health center externally Seek continued professional growth and support staff development related to quality improvement Flexible to travel between sites as required Qualifications Board Certified or Eligible in Pediatrics (or a relevant pediatric subspecialty) Massachusetts medical license required Completion of pediatric residency program in good standing Strong organizational, clinical, and communication skills High level of professionalism and commitment to confidentiality Bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred
