Supports the psychosocial needs of the residents as per the plan of care and profile. 8. Participates in educational and inservice meeting to update knowledge of techniques, guidelines and regulations. Must attend all mandatory programs. Meets basic requirement for 12 hours of continuing education per year. 9. Uses equipment in an appropriate and safe manner. Adheres to standards of the Diligent Minimal Lift Program. 10. Follows facility policies and procedures. 11. P erforms other duties as required.
