ENT needed in NW Ohio. Incredible practice opportunity located near Toledo. This Northwestern Ohio practice is seeking a ENT provider to join its team. Hospital employed position in which the provider will be joining an experienced team . Easy access to Columbus and Toledo metro for events and airports. $600,000 base salary. $100k in student loan repayment, up to $80 sign on, $10k relocation, CME time and , full benefits with retirement match. $70 w/RVU. Total compensation above 75th percentile MGMA benchmarks. Advanced practice providers take practice and hospital primary call, physicians only take backup call. Average of 25-30 patients/day in clinic with emphasis on full-service, comprehensive ENT care. Schedule is typically 3 days in clinic and 2 days in OR per week, but physicians have significant input into their practice patterns, schedules and patient volumes. Very wide referral base with little surrounding competition - be as busy as you want to be and perform the cases you want to do!.
