Operational Excellence: Have oversight of clinical operations, provider performance, educational programs, and the departmental budget. Influence the System: Act as a critical liaison between the hospital medicine department, administration, and other clinical departments to advance interdisciplinary collaboration and innovative care models. Ensure Quality: Lead departmental quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient safety.
