Hematology Physician
The Cancer Center of South Florida, in collaboration with Tampa General Hospital s Cancer Institute, is committed to delivering personalized patient care through state-of-the-art medical treatments. We are currently seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Benign Hematologists to join our growing practice in the Tampa, Florida area. Our program maintains strong academic affiliations with Tampa General Hospital and the University of South Florida (USF) Morsani College of Medicine, located in the vibrant Tampa Bay region. We place strong emphasis on providing world-class inpatient and outpatient clinical care while remaining actively engaged in clinical trials and translational basic science research. Required Qualifications MD degree Completion of a hematology fellowship Training and/or clinical experience in benign and/or malignant hematology. New graduates are welcome to apply! Desired Qualifications Demonstrated commitment to clinical teaching, clinical research, and patient care in hematology Experience in benign hematology is preferred Nationally or internationally recognized clinical trial experience is a plus Experience with extramural grants, clinical research collaborations, and/or training programs is ideal Certifications Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Florida Must be board certified or eligible for certification by the ABIM in Hematology Tampa General Hospital s Cancer Institute is nationally recognized for world-class care that is transforming cancer treatment and is one of Florida's few cancer centers backed by academic medicine.
