Comprehensive cancer center accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer Outstanding quality of life; 4 day or 4.5-day work week with limited home call 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient Approximately 90% Oncology/ 10% Hematology (Providers see solid tumor cases (breast, lung, colon, and prostate) Ramp up quickly established practice averaging 30 new patients per month State-of-the-art equipment including 1.5 Tesla MRI, Siemens Sequoia and Juniper for Ultrasound, and 128 slice CT scanner Well-trained & experienced APPs, nurse navigators and support staff Oncology clinic conveniently located near radiation oncology, infusion center, radiology services, and the inpatient unit Hospitalist team admits Oncologist is consulting physician; low inpatient census ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine and Psychiatry Residency Program affiliated with Indiana University School of Medicine Incentive Package: Employed by health system of 350 providers Medical & Dental insurance, (401k) (457b) (457f), 5 weeks vacation, 1-week CME Professional Allowance, 6 Holidays, Malpractice Insurance, Moving Allowance and more Generous sustainable compensation with initial contract over $600K plus additional RVU bonus structure Physician wellness programs About our Community: Indiana is consistently ranked as one of the nations top physician friendly states and Vincennes, the states first city and first capitol, is a city often described as offering small-town living with big-city flair.
