Screen Print Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

Job Description Job Description Job Description As a Screen Print specialist , this role is responsible for assisting with the production of screen-printed material. Roles include the production, coating, and cleaning of screens used in the screen-printing process, quality check finished product based on customer specifications, assisting on press loading material and by applying ink to screens, and the movement of material throughout the facility, and the use of an RF scanner. Key Responsibilities: Reviews work order, observes specifications and any special notes, and prepares work area to start to print multi-color work. Direct physical activity is required to maintain their productivity while meeting the highest quality specifications. Quality check decorated garments based on customer specifications. Assist the press operator by loading material on press, applying ink to screens, changing squeegees, and pre-counting material before decoration based on the paperwork. Operation of machinery used to coat, reclaim, image, and develop screens used in the screen-printing process. Move material into staging locations throughout the facility using a pallet jack and RF scanner. Ensures that their area and equipment is kept clean, wiped down with press wash at least once per week. Utilize all personal protective equipment as required for personal safety and the safety of their peers. Schedule: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm on an 8-Hour Workday 3:00 pm to 1:30 am on a 10-Hour Workday (With the flexibility to work on the weekends) Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or General education degree (GED).
