We’re looking for a Regional Engineering Manager to lead ourUS engineering team . The Role We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our US Regional Enterprise Engineering team. You’ll be responsible for driving local enterprise delivery efforts, ensuring we meet the needs of our largest US partners while contributing to Heidi’s broader enterprise strategy. You’ll lead a cross-functional team focused on region-specific integration work, enterprise configuration, and enablement. You’ll work closely with global engineering peers, product managers, and go-to-market teams to build solutions that are scalable, compliant, and tailored to the US healthcare ecosystem. This role reports into the Senior Engineering Manager, Global Enterprise Group, and plays a critical part in bringing Heidi’s platform to life for US customers. What you'll do: You’ll work side by side with our engineering mastermind to shape the infrastructure behind the future of healthcare: Lead and grow the US Regional Enterprise Engineering team, building a strong, autonomous, and collaborative culture. Own the delivery of regional integrations, configurations, and technical onboarding for enterprise clients. Partner with product, sales engineering, and customer success to ensure we’re solving the right problems with quality and speed. Balance hands-on technical leadership with people management, ensuring both delivery and team health. Align with Heidi’s global enterprise architecture and contribute to shared platforms and infrastructure. Foster strong cross-functional relationships to drive regional execution and unblock delivery. What we’ll look for: Experience leading engineering teams in B2B SaaS or enterprise software, ideally in the healthcare or regulated space. Strong technical background; capable of guiding system design, integrations, and scaling decisions. Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects across cross-functional teams. Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working across time zones and with customer-facing teams. Experience working across time zones and collaborating with go-to-market teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with integrations, implementation engineering, or sales engineering.
