Participate in weekend call shifts as needed. Manage a variable patient load during call shifts, performing both open and endovascular procedures in the interventional/cath lab. Document patient care accurately and efficiently within the EPIC EMR system. Collaborate effectively with the on-site healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications for Success: Current board certification in Neurological Surgery is mandatory. Valid medical license in the state of Colorado to practice medicine without restrictions. Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and DEA registration are required. Proven experience performing both thrombectomies and surgical clippings for stroke and other neurological conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues. The ability to make sound clinical decisions under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential. Comfort with both open and endovascular surgical procedures is preferred.
