This role is specifically focused on wood-frame construction projects across different markets. We are looking for an individual who is not only knowledgeable and experienced but also possesses a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: 1. Managing and supervising wood-frame construction projects from conception to completion. 2. Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 3. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure that all projects meet high-quality standards. 4. Reviewing the project plans and specifications to determine the time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project. 5. Establishing a work plan and multi-disciplinary staffing for each phase of the project, and arranging for recruitment or assignment of project personnel. 6. Formulating and maintaining project schedules. 7. Implementing effective communication plan to update all relevant stakeholders on the progress of the project. 8. Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. 9. Conducting project review meetings and preparing reports on the status of each project. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management. 2. Proven experience with wood-frame construction projects is a must. 3. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 4. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles. 5. Excellent knowledge of safety and regulatory standards and procedures. 6. Strong leadership and management skills. 7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 9. Proficiency in project management software tools. 10. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications. 11. A strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
