Overview Mid-sized nationally recognized business law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3 years of experience to join the team in their D.C. office. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented and experienced attorney with private practice experience to work on sophisticated matters for government contractors and commercial clients in a collaborative, supportive environment. This litigation practice spans complex commercial disputes, government contracts litigation, labor & employment, trade secrets, False Claims Act, real estate and business torts. Attorneys regularly appear in federal and state courts as well as before administrative boards. Director, Clinical Operations (Menlo Park)

Director Clinical Operations Summit Therapeutics Inc. is a biopharmaceutical oncology company focused on improving the quality of life and extending survival for patients with serious unmet medical needs. The Director will serve as the cross‑functional study team lead for our clinical development program, responsible for delivering all clinical trial operational activities across multiple studies.
