Examinations will be scheduled within your existing Monday through Friday availability, allowing for flexibility alongside your current practice or employment commitments. PERTINENT INFORMATION As the examining provider, you will conduct physical examinations and functional assessments focused primarily on evaluating a claimant's physical function, mobility, and range of motion. Responsibilities Conduct physical examinations using a structured, standardized template within our electronic health record (EHR) system. Perform objective assessments to assist the State of Wisconsin in evaluating eligibility for government employment. Accurately document examination findings in a clear, thorough, and professional manner. Maintain impartiality and provide objective clinical observations based solely on examination findings.
