The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful and actionable insights to drive business improvements and influence strategic decisions. This role will involve working closely with various departments, including management, IT, and healthcare professionals, to understand their data needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about data, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a significant impact in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: Collaborate with various departments to identify their data needs and develop effective business intelligence (BI) strategies. Design, implement, and maintain databases and data warehousing systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. Conduct thorough data analysis and evaluation to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Perform data cleansing, standardization, and un-duplication to improve data quality. Develop and facilitate requirements gathering sessions to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions. Provide user education on business intelligence, including the use of BI tools, architecture, functions, and queries. Participate in the development and maintenance of BI tools and systems. Establish key relationships with stakeholders to ensure the effective use of BI solutions. Use BI tools such as Tableau, De Facto, and Crystal Reports to create visualizations and reports that effectively communicate data insights. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Healthcare industry. Proven experience in reporting, data analysis, data evaluation, integration, data cleansing, standardization, un-duplication, data processing, data warehousing, and database design. Strong knowledge and experience with BI tools, including Tableau, De Facto, and Crystal Reports. Excellent collaboration and liaison skills, with the ability to establish key relationships and facilitate requirements gathering sessions. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to develop high-level understanding of BI tools and provide analytical solutions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide user education on business intelligence.
