Key Responsibilities • Process weekly multi-state payroll for 200 employees, including wage calculations, taxes, and deductions. • Reconcile payroll registers and general ledger accounts. • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws. • Prepare and submit reports for audits, garnishments, and benefits. • Support HR and Accounting with reporting and month-end close activities. Core Competencies • 3 years of payroll experience (multi-state preferred). • Working knowledge of wage/tax compliance and payroll reporting. • Proficiency in ADP and Kronos; advanced Excel skills a plus. • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.
