2nd Shift - CNC Programmer We are hiring a skilled CNC Programmer to join a growing Machine Center team in Tulsa. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced machinist who can program, set up, edit, and run CNC equipment with confidence while producing high-quality steel components that meet exact specifications. What You’ll Do Program, edit, set up, and operate CNC machines for steel product manufacturing Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design models Input dimensions and specifications into CNC software systems Select, install, and adjust tooling for each production run Optimize machine settings, feeds, speeds, and cutting paths for accuracy and efficiency Inspect parts throughout production and complete final quality checks Troubleshoot machine, tooling, or production issues to minimize downtime Perform routine machine cleaning, preventative maintenance, and upkeep Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and quality Train or assist new team members on machine operation procedures as needed What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required 5 years of recent, consecutive experience programming, editing, setting up, and operating CNC machines on steel products Strong blueprint reading and dimensional interpretation skills Experience with CNC programming software and CAD/CAM platforms such as Fusion 360 preferred Ability to hold tight tolerances and produce high-quality parts consistently Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality Able to work independently with minimal supervision Why This Role Stands Out Stable opportunity with an established manufacturing team High-impact role supporting critical production operations Hands-on work with advanced equipment and precision machining Opportunity to contribute immediately through experience and skill Apply today and bring your skills to a team that values precision, quality, and production excellence. _______________________________________________________________________________ Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
