Warehouse Manager in Training

Job Summary Oversee day-to-day operations within picking module. Ensure the Supervisors and Leads keep all the pickers on task, production and standards are met. Job Description Responsibilities: Organize and supervise the coordination of available labor with work requirements to ensure completion of all tasks accurately and on a timely basis, while minimizing the total labor utilized and, specifically, overtime. Provide leadership on the floor for both hourly associates and the leadership team. Work with Supervisors and Leads to run Pro-Track in the warehouse and ensure daily observations are being completed correctly and all operators receive feedback on their Pro-track scores. Assist in the long-range planning of staffing levels and space utilization to account for growth and the changing profile of the business. Drive 6 Sigma and simple Kaizen program within the picking module. Ensure a safe and healthy workplace by being familiar with, and enforcing, all Medline Safety rules and ensuring proper housekeeping takes place and is documented. Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies. And much more! Qualifications: Education: High school diploma. Relevant Work Experience: At least 5 years of warehouse experience. Additional: Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns). Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling). Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font). Flexible with work hours, able to spend time on any shift the facility works, and physically capable of performing normal warehouse duties (e.g. lifting up to 75 pounds, bending, kneeling, qualified on all warehouse MHE). Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree (Operations Management degree a plus). Additional: Bilingual in English and Spanish. Computerized warehouse system experience (AS400) and SAP experience. The anticipated salary range for this position: $85,000.00 - $128,000.00 Annual The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Application Engineer

Summary: Location: Longmont, CO Up to 30% travel required for short customer meetings and opportunity development Duration: 12 Months Responsibilities: Review and influence customer specification, drawings, RFP, RFQ. Develop table of compliance (TOC). Act as the deal focal point of contact, and provide application engineering guidance to customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders. Lead the quoting process of Core and Complex Controls offerings. Utilize available quoting tools, models, leverage existing technical libraries & materials, system configurations/hardware, design standards, etc., to develop tailored control system solutions. Ensure accurate cost estimation including project risk management: (i) technical, (ii) execution, and (iii) commercial risks within the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process. Coordinate with supply chain and third-party providers to obtain quotations for extended project scope. Work with sales and pricing team to develop the competitive deal winning pricing & strategy. Consolidate deal financials. Present deals for commercial review board (CRB) for approvals and ensure ITO process compliance, including review of terms and conditions & risk management assessment. Manage the tender schedule, and ensure timely internal approvals, bid submission and readiness for order booking. Lead the techno-commercial proposal generation. Participate in customer meetings, negotiation or presentations. Manage the advance release and short cycle process. Own project handover from ITO (inquiry-to-order) phase to OTR (order-to-remittance) phase to execution team upon receipt of PO or contract signature. Attend technical and commercial trainings. Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial process, proposal templates, application guides, and best practices in area of expertise. Meet/Exceed Commercial KPI’s such as: Quality, Proposal Cycle Time, On Time Delivery, etc. Requirements: Engineering degree, mechanical, electrical, electronic, power preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience in application/design/field commissioning services. Strong experience in Industrial Control Systems. Up to 30% travel required for short customer meetings and opportunity development. Effective written and oral communication skills. Effective use of Personal Computer Technologies. Preferred Skills: Commercial and contractual expertise. Experience in Unit Control (Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, Aero, Hydro, Nuclear), DCS, Generator (Excitation/Static Starters), Human Machine Interface (HMI), Cyber Products. Field service or Application Engineering experience of more than 5 years. Experience in developing and writing specifications and/or proposals. Creative solution and problem-solving skills. Person with high energy and with high passion.
