Responsible for required adjustments needed to fulfill the product specifications (i.e.: cycle time, wall thickness, etc.) Answer machine alarms and investigate for root cause. Perform mold trials, material trials and continuous improvement trials and documenting and communicating in required format. Provide feedback from trials for dialing in each mold-machine to its optimal cycle time and overall processing. Communicate shift issues to other applicable departments and team members. Requirements: 1 year of Blow Mold Process Technician experience Must be mechanically inclined and have the ability to use basic hand tools Knowledge of plastic processing and troubleshooting Suggest ways to improve efficiencies and safety of our work and its environment. Knowledge & ability to contribute to continual improvement activities, LEAN manufacturing & overall process improvements. KBAK/KBFX has an immediate opening for a creative News Producer! In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day production of our newscasts. This position will also work closely with the Executive Producer, Director, Assignment Desk and Anchors on the newscast and its content. In this position you will determine the content and flow of newscasts, work with management and on-air staff to generate and write stories and develop content for our web site.
