How you'll contribute A Cat Scan Technician (CT) who excels in this role: Demonstrate an understanding of radiographic positioning, radiographic technique, radiation safety, imaging equipment, infection control and quality control techniques. Perform routine diagnostic imaging studies, as needed. Ensures that the patient examinations are performed in an accurate and timely manner. Provides accurate patient positioning, computer entries, and filming. Performs nuclear medicine scans according to protocols. Administers radiopharmaceuticals to patients according to the radiologist prescribed protocols. Complies with hospital and imaging policy/procedures 100% of the time.
