Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant SUMMARY Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to own the lease accounting and reporting activities, alongside prepaids and non-construction fixed assets for M.A. Mortenson Company and related entities. This role requires strong technical expertise in real estate lease accounting and ASC 842 reporting and serves as a key partner across the business (Finance, Legal, Risk, and Project Operations) and with external property managers.
