Lead, mentor, and engage a global, diverse team of approximately 70 employees and contractors across Eaton’s global footprint to drive the Infrastructure and Edge strategies. Influence the enterprise technology roadmap for infrastructure management, serve as the gatekeeper for the definition of implementable strategies for Edge infrastructure; drive the implementation of these strategies and deliver the initiatives on target, on budget, and on time. Partner with IT Support and Operations Teams and Leadership (SIS, GSC) to define, establish, and implement a strategy related to leveraging strategic technologies to preemptively identify end‑user incident trends and auto‑deploy solutions/fixes/updates via targeted campaigns to reduce, mitigate, and deflect tickets. Establish a strategic model for APM and infrastructure monitoring and observability which is integrated into the Eaton Cloud Strategy to infer performance anomalies, automatically raise ITSM incidents, and build self‑healing into the organization’s cloud and infrastructure strategies. Ensure high quality, on‑time delivery related to key platform modernization programs employee experience, productivity, and workplace solutions. Collaborate with key business and IT partners across LOBs and functions to align technology and business priorities; negotiate and execute program improvements aligned with business strategy, service quality objectives and financial goals.
