The GPS is the continuous improvement system to enable GSC to reach a sustainable high level of performance towards this goal. Successful deployment and continuous improvement of GPS is a critical part of the GSC Strategy. The Site GPS Practitioner role exists to deploy and embed the GPS standards across the Site to deliver the Business Strategy, improve Business Performance (Quality, Safety, Service, Cost, and Innovation) and drive the Continuous Improvement (CI) culture across all tiers of the organization. As a key member of the Site team (line report to the Site GPS & Strategy Lead), the Site GPS Practitioner is accountable for: Partnering with leaders to build the Site’s Continuous Improvement culture and GPS capability of all Site personnel, by implementing day to day continuous improvement activities as a standard way of working.
