As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in the assembly processes of our electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical power products, ensuring precision and efficiency. Read, interpret, and execute assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics. Assemble parts or components to build various types of equipment, using hand tools, power tools, and machinery. Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements. Identify and resolve assembly and production issues; report quality concerns and propose improvements. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety procedures and regulations. Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities. Record production and operational data on specified forms. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and precision Ability to read and understand assembly instructions and technical diagrams Basic understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems Effective communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
