Oversee and schedule the maintenance and repair of various logistics equipment, including conveyors, sorting machines, and forklifts. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements related to facility maintenance. Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventative maintenance programs. Coordinate with other department leaders to ensure a seamless operation and effective maintenance support. Monitor and report on maintenance budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
