This role offers a collaborative team environment with strong NNP support and a focus on quality improvement. The position provides an opportunity to work in a high-acuity Level-III NICU with comprehensive services and academic affiliation. Practice Info Join a fully supported 8-physician practice with a collaborative and dynamic team. Minimum 2 neonatologists on until 4pm. Work in a Level-III, 80-bed NICU with round-the-clock coverage. 1 NEO and 2 NNPs working 24/7 to provide coverage. No single-person coverage in the evening. High acuity environment with 6,000 deliveries each year, averaging around 1,200 admissions annually and an average daily census of 60. Responsibilities Handle OK/NE/Western Kansas transfers - LPs, Lines, etc. Provide all services except ECMO and heart surgery. Compensation Competitive base salary plus bonus compensation package that includes guaranteed first-year incentive combined with additional sign-on and relocation bonuses.
