Position Highlights: Position: Physical Therapist – Inpatient Acute Care – Days – Per Diem Location: Chicago, IL Per Diem- Hours as needed Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am – 4:30pm; Rotating Weekends; Rotating Holidays Required Travel: no Provide professional physical therapy evaluation, treatment and follow up services to physician referred patients.
