Job Summary Performs basic patient care under the supervision of the emergency room physician or registered nurse. The Emergency Clinical Assistant is adjunct personnel to the nursing staff and maintains the patient care and unit environment consistent with our policies, procedures, and practices. Meets the qualifications to provide care for patients in the specific age range on their assigned clinical area. Promotes a caring and healing environment for patient-centered care. Job Duties Triages patient care by identifying, observing and documenting the physical needs of the patient and families. Reports changes in patient condition to Registered Nurse Assists patient care staff by performing the following procedures: Phlebotomy, wound care and splinting, EKG’s, care and removal of indwelling foley catheters, insertion and care of intravenous catheters Provides patient care that may relate to rehabilitation to carry out multidisciplinary care plan for each patient. Provides unit desk clerk functions when needed. Obtains and maintains the integrity of specimens in accordance with policy and procedure, according to physician order. Uses two patient identifiers with proper labeling. Blood glucose monitoring. Assist with transporting patients into and out of the department to other areas of the hospital for tests. Under supervision of physician or nurse, may transport patients between the Emergency Department and monitored units on medication. Will transport medications to and from pharmacy and within the unit along with transporting blood products to and from Blood Bank. Provides safety and suicide monitoring. Assists patients with daily activities including undressing and dressing as well as lifting and positioning them to complete certain procedures. Staff have access to non-controlled medications storage and supply areas and can transport non-controlled medications as necessary to meet the needs of the clinic and unit. Coordinate relations between care providers, patients, and visitors. Promotes a caring and healing environment for patient-centered care. May access approved medications by physician order and for administration by the physician. May administer approved medications to a patient during a resuscitation with the physician present Work is typically performed in a clinical environment. This is a high-impact role with full ownership of project delivery — you will manage complex, multi-million-dollar projects within active healthcare environments, lead multi-disciplined project teams, and serve as the primary client-facing representative for MBM Contracting. Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of large-scale healthcare construction projects ($5M–$50M), from preconstruction planning through final closeout and warranty. Serve as the primary owner and client contact — build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, facility directors, architects, and engineers. Manage subcontractor procurement, scopes, buyout, performance, and payment applications. Lead project OAC meetings, design coordination sessions, and executive-level status presentations. Review and approve RFIs, submittals, change orders, and subcontractor pay applications. What You Bring Required: 2 years of project management experience in commercial construction, with significant healthcare project experience. Proven track record managing complex, large-scale projects ($5M and above) within active healthcare or clinical environments. Deep knowledge of ICRA/PCRA requirements, FGI guidelines, infection control protocols, and healthcare facility standards. Strong command of construction scheduling (Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent), budgeting, and contract administration. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop project teams. Exceptional client relationship management and executive-level communication skills. Preferred: OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification. Prior experience managing projects for UPMC, Allegheny Health Network, or other major Pittsburgh-area health systems. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or related field. Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $110,000–$130,000 commensurate with experience. CT Technologist - Evenings

Job Summary $20,000 sign on bonus for eligible applicants Computed Tomography (CT) Technologists are responsible for the administration of ionizing radiation for diagnostic, therapeutic or research purposes. A CT technologist performs computed tomography and molecular imaging procedures and acquires and analyzes data needed for diagnosis, interpretation, and the performance of interventional and therapeutic procedures at the request of and for interpretation by a licensed practitioner. CT Technologists independently perform or assist the licensed practitioner in the completion of computed tomography. CT technologists prepare, administer and document activities related to medications and radiation exposure in accordance with federal and state laws, regulations, or lawful institutional policy. Job Duties Ensures correct order is obtained, patient is properly identified and prepared for exam, and that clinical history is corroborated and appropriately documented while respecting confidentiality. Utilizes appropriate imaging protocol and optimizes technical factors while maximizing patient safety, optimizing patient care, and applying principles of ALARA (As Low as Reasonably Achievable). Preparing and/or administering, as applicable, medications through new or existing vascular access site as prescribed by a licensed practitioner. Evaluates images for proper positioning and acceptable technical quality and verifies archival storage and/or transfer of data, post processing of data if applicable. Educating and monitoring students and other health care providers. Assisting a licensed practitioner with interventional computed tomography procedures. Performing computed tomography procedures as prescribed by a licensed practitioner. Demonstrates commitment to department and organizational priorities.
