This is an opportunity to practice at a nationally recognized, 350-bed acute care facility, focusing on patient care without administrative burdens due to in-house billing, coding, and collections. The role involves working within a collaborative physician and CRNA team, contributing to a regional leader in cardiac and neurological care. Practice Info Hospital-based at Sierra Medical Center (Tenet Healthcare / Hospitals of Providence) EMR: Cerner Patient Volume: Average 10 patients per day Approximately 10% solo case mix Collaborative physician and CRNA practice model Advanced cardiac program including open-heart surgery, bypass, angioplasty, and stent placement Compensation Guaranteed salary with production bonus Benefits 10 weeks of paid time off (PTO) In-house billing, coding, and collections - no administrative burden on you Malpractice insurance provided Health, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with employer matching Deferred compensation program Relocation assistance Shift & Schedule Call Schedule: 5-6 days per month with a post-call day off Requirements MD or DO degree Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one Cardiac fellowship preferred but not required No visa sponsorship available
