The Fraud Analyst must investigate outsorted items and follow required processes to complete this activity while meeting all payment and customer deadlines. Balancing customer expectations as well as fraud loss is a critical success factor of this role. Providing feedback to the Fraud Protection Services team on changing trends and effectiveness of the process given the changing attack vectors of the fraudsters requires an end-to-end understanding of the payments process. The Fraud Analyst will work with their leader to enhance automation to improve the experience for both employees and customers. This individual must demonstrate strong analytical, critical thinking, change management, and interpersonal skills to work with the Fraud Protection Services team while also possessing technical acumen and the ability to communicate across the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develops and maintains skills required to correctly decision all outsorted exception payments before committed processing deadlines. Constantly evaluates opportunities for process improvement. Understands the importance of being knowledgeable/balanced in payments and customer satisfaction. Given the speed of new fraud attack vectors, eagerness to learn and develop new skills to combat fraud. Develop an understanding of the end-to-end flow within Fraud Protection Services to effectively communicate across the organization. Ability to adjust as needed to maintain KPIs for various payment rails. Evaluates risk factors when making critical transaction decisions. Performs other duties as required. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor Degree required Minimum of two years of fraud industry experience preferred. Trust Client Specialist (Full - Time Temporary)

Summary: The primary function of the Trust Client Specialist is to provide general and clerical administrative support to an individual, or small group of individuals, relieving them of clerical, administrative, and business detail. Trust Relationship Manager

Summary : Manages a portfolio of moderately complex to complex trusts, estate accounts and sales efforts while generating income through effective control and administration of assigned duties within the geographical region. Develop new business by marketing new products and services to existing clients and by securing new clients. Job Description: Manages a portfolio of complex and large trusts, estate accounts and sales efforts while developing long term business relationships with clients. Contacts prospects to generate appointment activity within assigned geographic area to: Meet with and advises customers or prospects to define customers' needs concerning trust and estate accounts. Makes appropriate product strategy recommendations in order to maximize client return while being mindful of the client's risk tolerance and legal ramifications of the different trust account types. Works in cooperation with other relationship managers or sales people to identify and refer prospects which result in the establishment of personal trust, life insurance, financial planning, or other financial service relationships. Conducts annual reviews, evaluate changes in financial objectives, and recommends actions which result in retention, strengthening, and growth of the client's relationship. Facilitates internal and external service coordination to resolve issues and respond to client requests. Monitors client profitability, cross sell marketing plans, risk management, legal and compliance issues and provides consultation on financial and wealth management matters. Completes, passes and maintains an up to date status for all positional and company required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s). Workforce Management Analyst

Location: Onsite listed in the job posting Weekly Scheduled Hours- 9am - 6pm EST (possibly 8am - 5pm EST) The Customer Experience Analyst / Workforce Management Specialist position is an individual contributor role that works as part of a team generating forecasts and schedules and performing analytics on results. This individual will be responsible for overseeing scheduling, reporting and auditing functions. They will be responsible for reviewing trends relative to scheduling and schedule staff accordingly to ensure service level standards are met, optimal cost effectiveness, operational efficiency, and service delivery for both in house and a remote workforce. This individual will develop and maintain comprehensive reporting illustrating staffing and adherence effectiveness and opportunities at individual, team, and center levels. Through data preparation, tracking and analysis this position will provide guidance and direction on workforce strategies across multiple departments to enhance performance and productivity while reducing costs. Major Duties And Responsibilities Monitor daily agent activity, agent Adherence and call volume trends for multiple queues and sites to maximize productivity and Contact Center performance. Monitor Contact Center metrics (after call time, talk time, hold times, abandonment rate and IVR usage) to assist with forecasting of calls and staffing needs. Forecast long-term and short-term staffing needs by utilizing workforce technology to analyze trends. Prepare forecasts for upcoming weeks/ months and rolling twelve months for inbound telephony and support teams to determine appropriate staffing requirements and achieve performance objectives. Serve as a primary point of contact for daily scheduling issues and responsible for working closely with team members and management to Provide real time direction of staff movements to ensure maximum efficiency while optimizing service and cost. Maintain schedules to meet service objectives, operational goals and optimize productivity. Analyzes Contact Center trends, including volume, arrival patterns, staff productivity, and resource allocation. Recognizes and recommends operational improvements. Facilitate and lead planning efforts and make recommendations of workforce efficiencies and operational improvements to Management Team on Bi-Weekly Calls. Compile, summarize and disseminate various reports including, but not limited to, volume, efficiency, production hours, daily performance summaries, LT/ST forecast bridge analysis, cost per transaction tracking, etc. Perform interval, daily, weekly, monthly, annual analysis of historical performance at individual centers and individual departments and lines of business. Conduct "what if" analysis in order to determine the best strategy for meeting all service and cost goals. Track and report on system issues, downtime and escalate as required. Perform Ad Hoc analysis.
