Located on the main hospital campus in Alamogordo, the CHRISTUS Cancer Center provides comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology services in a patient'centered environment. The clinic includes 10 treatment beds, two private chemotherapy rooms, and access to advanced technology such as a new linear accelerator, 64'slice CT, and 1.5T MRI. Patients benefit from a multidisciplinary team that includes oncology'certified nurses, a clinical nurse specialist, a nurse navigator, and strong surgical and specialty support across breast surgery, pathology, orthopedics, cardiology, pulmonology, and colorectal surgery. The practice is 70% oncology and 30% hematology, with all chemotherapy delivered outpatient. Physicians typically see 14-16 patients per day, including three new consults, and perform procedures such as bone marrow biopsies. Call is shared between the medical oncologist and CNS, with after'hours triage handled through an answering service. Description CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in Tyler, TX is seeking a dynamic and team-oriented/GYN Physician to join our established team. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker who values the patient experience, effective communication, and quality of life. Our current team consists of: Clinic Based -9 board certified Physicians (all have been with System for between 7-25 years) -4 Advanced Practice Clinicians -3 Clinic based Sonographers -Experienced nursing staff, and dedicated administrative staff to support Physicians in caring for patients. -In Clinic Lab and antenatal testing are available. Hospital Based -Maternal Fetal Medicine and Gynecology Oncology Physicians available in-house. -OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician 24/7 (allows our Physicians to remain focused on the Clinic should a patients Clinical condition require an acute assessment) Call: Physicians have a rotating call schedule that consists of a 24-hour shift once every 1-2 weeks (with check out occurring at 5 PM from in-office partners) then one weekend every 4-6 weeks beginning at noon on Friday and ending at 7 AM on Monday morning.
