Job Description Job Description Position Title: Mail Production Specialist Position Purpose: To distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently and accurately. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. 3 months – 1 year of production-related experience preferred. Key Responsibilities: Open, sort, and prepare incoming correspondence. Scan and record specified incoming documents. Appropriately file imaged claims, appeals, adjustments, and inferior quality imaged claims. Generate and mail correspondence related to submission errors. Lift and move totes weighing 35–40 pounds. Work mandatory overtime as required. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Must haves: Strong attention to detail. Nice to haves: Previous production experience. Performance indicators: Manual processing speed and accuracy. Preferred: 3 months – 1 year of production-related experience. Experience Level: Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
