Position Overview The Real Estate Financial Systems and Analytics Intern will receive direct exposure to real estate operations, financial modeling, and system implementation at scale. The intern will work alongside senior leadership to help design and build approximately 50 operating budget s , while contributing to the transformation of how financial data is structured, analyzed, and utilized across the organization. The intern will work directly under the guidance of a senior finance leader with deep experience in enterprise budgeting and forecasting, financial systems implementation (ERP/EPM platforms), data architecture and analytics, and executive-level financial planning and reporting. Arrow Senior Living will provide direct mentorship from experienced finance leadership with expertise in financial systems, analytics, and enterprise transformation. The intern will gain hands-on experience in real estate financial modeling, exposure to senior housing operations, and involvement in a live system implementation. The experience will develop technical skills in financial analysis, data structuring, and systems, while also offering insight into executive-level strategy and decision-making. The intern will have opportunities to contribute meaningfully to real business challenges and receive ongoing feedback for professional growth. Key Accountabilit ies Budget Development and Financial Modeling Assist in building and refining operating budget templates for independent living, assisted living, and memory care . Support creation of standardized assumptions across revenue, labor, and operating expenses. Help model occupancy, rate, and care fee scenarios across multiple communities . Financial Analysis and Forecasting Analyze historical performance trends to inform projections . Build and maintain forecasting models tied to key business drivers , such as occupancy, rate growth, concessions, and labor . Identify variances and recommend data-driven adjustments . Its goal is to support our sponsors and partners in their strategic evolution to positively impact and improve the healthcare delivery system. Make a Difference The Director of Accountable Care and Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) is responsible for growth, performance, and provider transformation under value/risk-based reimbursement models including government programs such as MSSP. This position will act as a strategic and operational leader in the creation of the CIN. The Director will oversee network growth and performance, data integration and analytics, and the establishment of as well as the adherence to policies and pathways in pursuit of delivering higher quality, more cost-effective care which will in turn, create superior outcomes for patients and sustained competitive advantage for all participating providers. The Director will also support CMS Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) ACO Regulatory and Operations functions as related to IHCI ACO LLC and ACO Midwest LLC as directed. Exceptional Skills and Qualifications Applicants for this role must possess strong leadership abilities and be adept at leading meetings with fellow leaders and providers. Applicants should be able to convey complex information in a manner that is easily understood by other leaders. Applicants understand the analysis provided by data and translate the insight into opportunities for improvement. Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree is preferred. Three (3) or more years of health plan experience with a provider perspective and strong orientation to value-based care principles and the health policy landscape. Three (3) or more years in practice re-design work including Patient-Centered Medical Home, Practice Transformation, Quality Improvement, ACO development, Ambulatory Care, Quality and Efficiency metrics, Clinically Integrated Network operations, and Electronic Medical Records. Three (3) or more years of working knowledge of clinical quality metrics such as RAF, HEDIS, NCQA, or National Quality Forum type metrics is required. Five (5) or more years of experience in data analytics comprehension is required. Five (5) or more years of leadership experience in practice management, provider relations, and project management is required. Seven (7) or more years of leadership experience in a multi-group practice, integrated health care system, or managed care organization. Leadership experience in a CIN/ACO is preferred.
