Fit is assisting a reputable company on the eastern shore with their search for a skilled Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you would be responsible for supporting customers, developing quotes, processing orders, providing product and pricing information, and coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service. Pay is $50K-$60K range commission. Experience working for an industrial distributor is highly preferred. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary internal contact for customer inquiries, quotes, and orders. Respond quickly to customer, rep, and field-sales calls\/emails. Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and frequent buyers. Support outside sales with quotes, literature, pricing, and project details. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs. Qualifications & Skills: 5 years of inside sales, customer service, or order desk experience required Experience with industrial products sales Strong computer skills including ERP order entry systems and Microsoft Office.
