This role will work closely with project leadership to manage change orders, cost estimates, reporting, and project documentation while supporting overall project execution and client communication. Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent to join our team. As a leader in the construction industry, we specialize in a variety of projects, including data center construction, commercial and industrial buildings, core and shell constructions, concrete slab and structural cast projects. Our projects also span government contracts and cast-in-place structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in any one of these areas, coupled with superior project planning and leadership skills. Responsibilities: 1. Overseeing all phases of the construction project from initial planning to completion. 2. Coordinating and supervising the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction. 3. Ensuring that all construction activities are in alignment with the project plan. 4. Managing and leading a team of construction workers and subcontractors. 5. Ensuring all safety protocols and quality standards are met at all times. 6. Interacting with clients, interpreting and explaining plans and contract terms to involved staff and contractors. 7. Scheduling and coordinating workers, subcontractors, and materials supplies. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry. 2. Proven self-perform experience with concrete on commercial and/or industrial projects is a must. 3. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of construction workers and subcontractors. 4. Strong project planning and execution skills. 5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 6. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. 7. A bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred. 8. Certifications in construction safety and other relevant areas will be a plus.
